Making smiley gimbap/It's Spring Outing Season in Korea! Making Korean Lunch Box Menu/Making gimbap that babies and adults adore
Hello, everyone! It's me, hyeng butler's.π
Today? I brought a delicious and simple gimbap
recipe that children and adults like because it's cute in the
spring picnic season in Korea!π³(Wow)
Are you curious about how it becomes a smiling gimbap?
Then let's go see the recipe quickly!
Then let's start the recipe.π½

minute.
Then, put them on a sieve to remove moisture and rinse them
with cold water for easy touch.π
There are a total of 10!
Put them on a kitchen towel to drain.π§
Put four and a half bowls of rice in a bowl, add five to six
skewers of flavored salt, two spoons of sesame oil, and a
spoonful of sesame salt and mix.πΈ
Fold 5 sheets of gimbap seaweed in half and cut them using
scissors to make 10 sheets.
Then you can wrap 10 rolls of half-sized kimbap, which is half
the original size of the kimbap. It is bigger than the size of the
kid kimbap in Korea!π❤
part facing vertically, and spread the seasoned rice about
two-thirds thinly.
most important mouth.π
This will fill in the blanks to create a pretty smiley face!π
Place as many sausage shapes as you can on top as you see in
the picture.
Roll 10 strings that small.
Add the contents inside and roll them up while pulling.
Use a brush to spread the sesame oil to make it savory.
Now, all you have to do is cut and decorate, and you're done
with the smiley gimbap.
If you don't have a brush, you can rub the sesame oil with your
hands on sanitary gloves!
It's before you apply the sesame oil.π
Oh, it looks like finding a wrong picture, right? Haha, doesn't it
look shiny?π«
Cut into 0.7cm thick pieces and prepare some black sesame
and ketchup.π
If you take out the prettiest cut gimbap, make eyes with two
black sesame seeds, and dip the ketchup with chopsticks to
blush it, you're done with the smiley gimbap.π
It might taste bland because it doesn't have radish or burdock,
but the smoky, salty ham that is chewed on the richly seasoned
rice makes it taste light but delicious~!!!π
I placed nine smiley gimbap made on a plate with a pink handle
and plated it with my Sylvanian friends who packed their lunch
bags.π
My Sylvanian friends also tried it in their small mouths, and they
said it tastes like a more good because it looks cute.
They said they wanted to eat it again.
How was it today? π
Don't you want to take
your smiley gimbap and go on a picnic?
I recommend it as a
picnic lunch. Thank you for reading the long post. I hope you
have a clear and happy day as the clear weather.
Then bye.π
This has been hyeung butler's.
See you again!
When you're comfortable, come and have fun.ππ½π
